My Garden

While the girls are taking their naps this afternoon, Noah and I went outside walking through the garden looking for little surprises.

Noah wanted me to see what he had found . . . phlox that was still in bloom this late in Spring! Almost all of the others have faded long ago.

Let's take a closer look. The colors are so beautiful!

This is the current view from our front yard. I'm getting some flats from the market tomorrow, so there will soon be more color.

These dainty little wild roses are so determined to survive, even though I've cut the vines down from the front porch several times.

Look closely, you can see little visitors on these last two flowers.
