Look back to yesterday

One of Noah's favorite programs to watch on TV is Little House on the Prairie and we usually watch it together in the late afternoon while the girls are sleeping. Tonight I watched the last half hour of Little House: Look back to yesterday. I do not remember this one . . . Albert is dying! I thought he left Walnut Grove to become a doctor; he was accepted to medical school with a full four year scholarship, but he is going to die and won't be able to go to school. How is this possible?! What did he die from and how did I miss this? When I was little, I wanted to marry Albert so I am heartbroken. Also, I cannot tell Noah about this.
